It doesn't. The Constitution doesn't even contain one instance of the word word "woman". In fact it doesn't even have one instance of the word "man". Even the 19th Amendment which gave women the vote does not actually use the words woman, female or whiny-ass bitch. Given that, there is no way to claim that there is explicit wording giving women any exclusive rights in the Constitution.

What they did, was remove the rule allowing the federal government to dictate if abortion was legal or illegal.

Now, the issue is where it was before. The hands of the states. The states may or may not, at their choosing, make laws for or restricting abortion.

The legality of those laws at a federal level may be challenged again at a later date when someone sues over a specific law.
