Nancy Pelosi is full of liberal crap, as usual. Yes, most Republicans would like to end the slaughter of babies for body parts and blood, since it is the rational and humaine course to follow, but nobody thinks the nuts in Democrat-run states are going to give up their Satanic baby cull.
