On the other hand, I believe in state's rights over Federal law (in most cases). A central government was conceived to be very limited in scope and power, and is now a monster. Thoughts?

PS: Roe v Wade was based on the word of a lying roastie that recanted YEARS later on TV after she found Jeeezus.

Well yeah bad judges exist. But the law when written has to be as specific and iron clad as possible precisely so that some asshole judge can’t easily twist it.

Judges throw shit out all the time. Remember when CA voted AGAINST gay marriage? A GAY JUDGE threw it out, and it became law. Just one of thousands of examples.

The law is NOT ON YOUR SIDE, and never was.
