On the other hand, I believe in state's rights over Federal law (in most cases). A central government was conceived to be very limited in scope and power, and is now a monster. Thoughts?

Judges throw shit out all the time. Remember when CA voted AGAINST gay marriage? A GAY JUDGE threw it out, and it became law. Just one of thousands of examples.

You keep bringing up the point of bad judges existing as if I am arguing that they don’t exist. I’m not.

It seems that you are advocating for no laws at all then?

And if you’re for having laws, then you’ve got to account for your position of apparent selective adherence to and enforcement of them.

If everyone can just say “well I don’t have to obey the law because x” then the law is fucking meaningless to begin with. I’m not sure how that’s a difficult concept for you to grasp..particularly when it’s the chief complaint of, say, everyone who hates Hillary Clinton because that’s precisely the shit that cunt does habitually. Same with the FBI. One practices selective adherence and the other practices selective enforcement.
