I may seem new but I've been perusing Voat, 8chan, when they were around,Telegram and even Poal previously.

As you know, some of us come from different eras. So, what might seem like dark humor to some, others may take it differently, at least at first.

None of us are ever 100 percent in a good mood all the time. I get that.

I just wish, we could all just get along or at least try.

Is that possible or am I asking to much?

That’s actually kind of the thing… it’s been around since before poal, it’s because you can here. It shows freedom of speech is tolerated and encompasses the old adage of sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me.

Say whatever you like here within the rules, there is sometimes valuable knowledge that is shared, sometimes teenager name calling shenanigans that can be ignored.

I'm a quick learner. I guess if something bothers me, I can just ignore it. Otherwise, when someone says they hate me; I'll say the opposite.

You could start your own sub, post things that interest you or things that you do. An example would be there’s not enough homesteading posts in my opinion… many of us here do it, and believe in it, but are rather quiet about it. I started /SubOptimal and then left a computer on in the break room where I worked for anyone to post. It doesnt get enough love at the moment tho.
