Wow! I love this post. I'm saving it to reread again. So much wisdom here. I'm still learning, but I'm not one to give up. I'll figure it out. Most of my friends are guys and though I am sensitive, I aced logic in college. Actually, I took critical thinking again just for fun. Thank you . Really appreciate the wisdom.
I hope it is useful. The sensitive part is normal. That can be trained out of you. It is just a re-calibration of your nervous system. All males are born with a different predefined calibration, it is the fathers job to make sure their sons get the necessary training to address their needs for competence in the future.
We have never taught our men, first, that this is a thing and second, that this needs to be done. I mean, technically it is done every generation, it has just been incidental rather than intentional.
It's like a muslce you barely use, you need to be in fights all the time to get that mental circuit built up.
// EDIT: This is also why users of things like Reddit get stuck there. The mental circuits they need as men to compete atrophy and they become highly feminized.
Your knowledge of the human psyche is incredible. And I studied psychology in college. You sounding someone in a leadership role. I could see you in some motivational type job too. Really astute. This is great info. Any books to recommend or anything else is very appreciated.
