I've tried to understand what the structure and reasoning might be, but I think it's a number of equally evil factions vying for power behind the facade of what they present on the surface as democratic rule. Ultimately they all agree on the destination (the subjugation and eventual destruction of mankind); it's the various paths to that destination where they tend to differ in their respective approaches. This Semitic Babylonian bullshit is so utterly tiring. Absolute self absorbed hubris and degeneracy.
