One suggestion, get a DNA test (doubt I need to say it, but use a fake name, prepaid card, etc so as to not link your identity to the DNA). Some genetic defects are being discocvered that can greatly affect mood by your bodies inability to metabolise essential vitamins properly. The MTHFR mutation is one of them, and the fix is to take, for instance, pre-methylated folate. Or just buy some of it (called 5-MTHF) and try it for a few weeks. It's much easier to buy over the internet these days, used to be prescription only. You do want a fairly high dose, the prescription dose is 8mg daily minimum 16mg max, so keep that in mind. For some people it makes a night/day difference.
