I've hand-scanned over half of these books and can distribute flash drives with PDFs when the time comes.

I have over 20,000 books, all in pdf format on just about everything. Two good places to get books are libgen and pdfdrive.com

The Anarchist's Cookbook is kinda shitty, look for the good stuff from Paladin Press and Loompanics...
