Which countries are cheap and safe in your opinion? Moldova?
Croatia is the whitest country in the world. It's not too cheap due to tourism, but is still a lot better than the rest of Europe considering price/retirement value, and it's expensive only in coastal regions.
Most younger natives speak English as well and are very 88.
Only problem is it's in EU.

I just saw a vlogger in Herzogovinia. Was cheap and beautiful. Had no idea the former Yugoslavia was so beautiful. Alot of Muslims but they weren't the rag head type. They just looked like normal white people
They are mostly white because they were Serbs who denied their religion so they could have an easy life during the Ottoman occupation.
