Croatia is the whitest country in the world. It's not too cheap due to tourism, but is still a lot better than the rest of Europe considering price/retirement value, and it's expensive only in coastal regions.
Most younger natives speak English as well and are very 88.

I just saw a vlogger in Herzogovinia. Was cheap and beautiful. Had no idea the former Yugoslavia was so beautiful. Alot of Muslims but they weren't the rag head type. They just looked like normal white people
The Baltics is where I'd go.
They leave the rich white retires alone when times are easy and it’s better to let them keep bringing their money into the region peacefully. Once things get more desperate for everyone those rich white people in their country will be the first targets of looting and extortion.
