Technology has not encompassed the property registration office of my local municipality. It’s papers and folders and giant 3 ring binders from times before my fathers father. Likely some part of it is computerized now to know if I’ve paid my yearly property tax (which is less than a lunch and coffee date in the US). If trouble comes to the world, part of my strategy is simply to not be a concern to anyone. When the government comes for its people, the cities go first, suburbs soon after, rural areas maybe, and the last 5% of outliers are som0y too many resources to worry about.
