We go out once a week for dinner , and I swear restaurants are even more filthy than they were before the chink flu. Grilling season is here so will probably stay home and eat now.

Just one more thing that was kinda nice to do that's been taken away.

I have grilled steaks and browned roasts mid winter , but not regularly.

I love stoking coals and grilling steaks or dogs in the winter. I probably grill more often in the cold than any other time; season is of no concern!
