I really miss visiting there. I wanted to take my daughter especially considering I named her after the Volcano goddess there. I miss it too.
They have become very xenophobic bcuz of the Chink flu, and wanna close off the islands to all non-natives, lol. Sadly, I am done with that place, unless they were to all die off, then I would move back and build a mountain fortress. I lived on a mountain there, off the grid, it was amazing.
'Locals' were always hard to take, but from what I hear they have become insufferable. 99% of them bought into the hysteria, and drove me out, along with so many others. Unbearable!
You know, I think, from what I read, they wouldn't have liked that I named my daughter after their Lava goddess.
I'm an astrologer. I couldn't help it. Lol My daughter's birth chart forms the exact shape and element of a 🌋 Volcano to a T.
They'd have probably hated us had we moved there. And that was always my dream. Glad I lost out on that one.
That reminds me of a country song about when God knows best. ;)
They absolutely would have given her shit for it, yes. They also take a dim view to Whitey getting tribal tatts (I agree with them).
The hypocrisy is the funniest part...most 'Hawaiians' do not speak more than 10 words of it, or have more than 10% Polynesian blood. Many have German last names, lol...'Kawanikiwikiwiki Holzbrenner'. The dude with the huge truck that says 'HAWAIIAN' on the back window is (almost) guaranteed 95% White and 5% Filipino.
