Yes. Most are women, but there are some ladies as well. Note: NOT ALL women are ladies, as all men are not gentlemen.

This is the correct answer. Women never know what to say. If they call a man and don’t get the exact response or tone they were expecting then it is a disaster for them. They will dwell on it for days until they get the response they wanted. Texting circumvents most of this for them.

Men on the other hand will at least try and steer the phone call with humor to get the woman responsive. Women can’t do this because women aren’t funny.

Text totally sucks for conversation. Without body language it's far to easy too confuse meaning or intentions.

It's not body language but the tone of their voice that I can gauge their personality & emotions. You can tell a lot about somebody by their speech tone and the rate they talk.

Its just the ladies you're talking to.

They may not want to call because they already have someone in their lives.

Honestly, if you're texting with them for two weeks and they aren't interested in meeting up with you, something's wrong. Its probably not a good idea to keep interacting with "people" who don't show up.

I hate putting phones close to my head and I hate talking to people. I only pick up if my gaming headset is nearby.

I'm also horrible at texting though. I have so many I need to respond to it takes me a few days to remember to text someone back, if that.

It's manipulative so that they have you on alert the whole time, check your schedule, juggle other people (men) at the same time. If a woman postpones meeting you, she's just not interested enough or tries to check her other options or already has someone doing her.

i think the answer may be more simple than some have said. nowadays, people are less comfortable with communication like talking on the phone when looking at a screen is an alternative
