This is assuming you want to profit from the collapse of course. That is come out ahead, relative to others . If I felt that I could turn a profit, or at least create a zero sum loss, I would prefer to suggest that helping others, to be a real good way to profit, in terms of keeping the community as a whole solvent and fedd, and therefore the economy and country as a whole.
