I think it's higher than that. I'd guess at least 60%. I worked a union job with a faggot about a decade ago in Cleveland. He would openly talk about perverted shit and use horrible language in front of everyone including young apprentices and management.
He was exempt from punishment because he was "openly gay". People who criticized him talking to 14 or 15 years olds were punished. He was eventually arrested for grooming and having sex with kids. I am glad I haven't seen or heard his disgusting language and mannerisms since his arrest. Hopefully he's dead.
