Let's just talk about Paul's letters to the Church. His letters were instrumental in many books of the Bible for the way God wanted man to renew his relationship via the new covenant.

We would not have the Roman Road from Romans i.e. the road to salvation. Paul wanted people to understand they could have a new life in Christ. He wrote letters for Thessalonians, Ephesians, Philemon, Colossians, and Philippians. We also would not have Timothy, Titus or Galatians. Even though he dictated to others, it is clear that his words were inspired by the Holy Spirit. No mere man can write on the topics he wrote; they are words from God encouraging us in love to hold on tight to the truth and turn away from any immorality. The words ARE transformative. The words are Spirit. The words are divine wisdom.

If we remove Mathew Mark and Luke, we would have no account of the Passion, the Sacrifice for our sins.

Jesus gave them all the ability to preach and teach His message. Thirteen Books from the New Testament are given to us by Paul and are just as relevant today, if not more so. Why would you ask such a question?

>it is clear that his words were inspired by the Holy Spirit.

Funny, always read more like it was inspired by his own vanity and regret to me. Crab in a bucket wanting others to boil with him.

Even though he dictated to others, it is clear that his words were inspired by the Holy Spirit.

They could have also been inspired by the unholy spirit.

Half-truths have lead many men astray.

For example I heard it argued that the "holy spirit" was actually the bloodlines, going back to abel. And that therefore the "unforgiveable sin", or to "blasphemy the holyspirit" was to commit adultry.

Would explain why early on it says not to "lay with the beasts of the field."

Gonna have to write a schizopost about this.
