That's awesome. I have never talked to him personally but I can competely agree with

He was probably one of the most charismatic individuals I have ever met.

He could talk to anyone, draw them out of their shell, and somehow, make them confident about what they had to say.

because he seemed very approachable and just a genuine guy when I would see him participate.
