Of the list, property is the worst. No matter of your local government helps to boost your community or destroy it, they’ll take your property if you don’t pay. I’ve owned property where the city went full-on shithole. I always had to to pay....something. And that something is usually a number figured out by jews who will rape your bank account up to a number where they’re confident you’ll pay again the next year.
