The main problem with the medical industry is monopolization and gate keeping through government regulation. This needs to end. Government needs to f the f off from anything medical.

You can’t practice being a doctor unless you have a medical degree and can only get the medical degree from certain gate keeping and information controlling places.

Kill the licenses. Kill the need for a degree. And you bring down the whole beast.

Degrees will form. Certification and accreditation firms will rise, including review sites etc. Everything medical will shoot to the moon. Prices will plummet and doctors will give a shit about treating you, you, and also curing you.

There's lots of that. Why do barbers need a license to cut hair? A license is nothing more than a device for the state to enforce their will upon you.

Teachers are another one, in some states they became armchair psychs and had the power to detain and call the cops on you for suspected child abuse. Let the rabid liberal feminist cunt decide the fate of your kids ...

Same conclusion I reached long ago.

Imagine what startups would do without any red tape. Cancer would be 99% cured and they would be working on drugs to reverse aging.

Yeah the licenses are retarded. Organization like AMA can instead do something useful and maintain a centralized database of every doctor, their case history, complaints, disciplinary actions, malpractice lawsuits etc. Let every average Joe google their doc and immediately see ama.org/directory/golberg-md and they can decide for themselves if he's good enough for them. There's so many shit doctors that the license is useless at this point as an indicator of competence, just drives up costs and slows everything down.
