Thinking of opening a prison to put morbidly obese people in. Like a camp where they concentrate on being healthy. It could have a slogan like “working out will make you free”. Check that. 20lbs overweight will get you locked up. What sort of programs should I have? How long is the term?

Should be cheap to build since hardcore offenders won’t be able to climb over some lawn chairs that I’ll use as walls.

Make sure to have mandatory showers. Lots of showers. Fatties stink. Also, gets lots of ovens to power saunas. Let them sweat their fat out. Just make sure to do your math correctly. You wouldn't want to have too few ovens.
