Thinking of opening a prison to put morbidly obese people in. Like a camp where they concentrate on being healthy. It could have a slogan like “working out will make you free”. Check that. 20lbs overweight will get you locked up. What sort of programs should I have? How long is the term?

Should be cheap to build since hardcore offenders won’t be able to climb over some lawn chairs that I’ll use as walls.

Make sure to have mandatory showers. Lots of showers. Fatties stink. Also, gets lots of ovens to power saunas. Let them sweat their fat out. Just make sure to do your math correctly. You wouldn't want to have too few ovens.

It makes walking more convenient. I am not walking 10 miles to work but I would do 3 and would sometimes do 5. If you don't manage a restaurant or bank or work in a hospital there are basically no jobs in the suburbs worth having.

Man, when I was obese I would have killed for (inb4 A cheesebuger) a room to workout and read in. I have tons of maces and kettlebells now and still very little room to use them. It'd be Double KB clean and presses and Tsatsouline long cycles all day.

put them threw a endless boot camp until they are fit... the camps are already secure and built for hundreds at a time and once they are fit.

Do not feed them bread or other significant carbs. That'll cut most the weight on its own. As for the term? Whenever they can fit through a simple thin gap in the fence, they can leave. Note the fence is also electrified, so you really can't force through and remain conscious unless you can actually pass without grazing it.

By the time they have shed enough weight to fit and trained agility or pain tolerance enough to get out they'll have the discipline to stay thin.
