The near term prediction is my own guesstimate, the longer predicted catastrophe is based on vast quantities of research. Geological records, ancient texts, astrophysical studies, archeological finds…. Everything points to this if you look at it honestly and with an open mind. I don’t want this, I don’t like it. It is however going to happen no matter how much people ignore or deny it.
