Southwestern eastern states along the Ohio will do best along with by the Mississippi.

New England would certainly be Vermont with it's constant breeze of air created because New York sucks, and New Hampshire blows. Also - These guys literally took a chunk of both these states, became an independent republic, and considered joining Canada - true patriots

What are the advantages of open carry? Would that mean nonresidents are allowed to open carry since you wouldn't be allowed to constitutionally conceal carry?
