Not a huge burden, but also a thing of trivia. Between cleaning house, fixing meals, washing clothes, bath/shampoo, brushing my hair and the cat, taking the cat for a stroller ride, cutting nose hair, plucking ear hair, filing water bottles, 4+ hours of Neijia/Chi-kung, getting groceries, etc., a fancy pedicure comes dead last. I shower before bed and everything gets washed. That's clean enough to suit me. As for haphazard toenail cutting, that also is good enough to suit me. The major benefit of getting old is you no longer have any reason to give a fuck about impressing others, or caring what they think. Ain't none of them give a shit what I think, and I'm finally old enough to figure out that need not be a one-way street. Vanity left my building a long time ago, and good riddance. With it went susceptibility to peer pressure.
