The entire political establishment is corrupt.
The federal bureaucracy is corrupt.
The military is corrupt.
They were all in on the election fraud, and denied the American citizens their voting franchise.

Literally the best possible thing if you wanted to prosecute people for high treason is that you get them to do it so braizenly.
There have been 25 people convicted of treason if the wiki list is complete. 7 were pardoned, annulled, released, etc. So of the 18 remaining only a few were executed.
