I suggest taking the logical route in dealing with this and running into the nearest WaWa and pouring orange juice all over your naked body. If the voices stop, you know it’s time to start an all-cauliflower diet to ready your anus for the alien device. If they don’t, eat nothing but canned hams. Good luck, Patriot.
