"Device ID" usually refers to your IMEI, which is not what's in your screenshot. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Mobile_Equipment_Identity

Correct.

These are IDFA's from an iOS 13 device.

A person with an apple account used a phone burner app, deleted it, then reinstalled it, generating 2 IDFA's.
