Just my two cents, but if you were to "pass" with a fake card, would you always be on the lookout for being caught scamming? Plus, every time someone says "No thanks" to their job offer due to the vax condition, it may make them think. Particularly if it causes them to lose an otherwise excellent hire. Go for the religious exemption. Never give up your principles.
