I have a job offer for a substantially better role (>30% increase plus benefits) that is contingent on me getting vaxxed.

Wondering if anyone has has had success bribing a nurse for a card or faking a card? I have a card pdf from a few months ago but I heard stories about employers looking into these. Any advice very much appreciated.

Good advice. I am catholic and had something written up for a previous employer but they were pushing back. The offer is for a new company, so I am not sure how they would take the religion conversation right away. Maybe if I wait until the end of the process so they would be excluding me for religion?

Do not go into detail. You are NOT required to discuss your Religion , your sexual habits/preferences or your Medical history.

best to be upfront about and not waste anyone's time. Some companies will take it some will not, depends on your industry and the faculty/management. Some will accept the religious exemption if you present letter from your pastor, with how long you've attended the church, does the church teach these beliefs etc... this is a trap and I do believe these are illegal to ask but they will anyways since the vast majority won't stick up for themselves and litigation is proving tricky.. to that end, it depends on your state - some litigation has been ruled to be unconstitutional as a requirement for employment, so it behooves you to do your own due diligence before moving forward.

This is absolutely not necessary for a religious exemption.

some companies have asked for it this way specifically. doesn't mean i agree with it, or even argue its legality.

"Doctor advised me to not take the risk."
