Probably not unless you know some one in their HR or some one who has gone through the hiring process. I've read some stories about places that say want vax proof but then don't even look at the card, and others that literally call the place listed on your card to verify you got the shot. Probably the biggest reason I'm still at the job I'm at now. Hard to beat the owner saying he wasn't getting the shot and didn't give a shit if the employees did or not as long as stuff goes out the door. Just sucks he's a cheap bastard unless you're a salesman.
