The Buffalo and Uvalde shooters both were on a Discord server FrenChan. Seems that we always find out later that the FBI or some other law enforcement agency knew about these malfunctioning individuals. So, if they know about them before hand, couldn't they easily be inserting subliminal messaging into the media these unstable people are viewing online? Basically, programming them to act.
