That is awesome. But stealing is fcking wrong, and you fcking know it. Have you ever had anything stolen from you? Yes, you have. Did it make you angry? Yes, it did. Case closed. Winners NEVER steal. But fcking losers do. BTW, here is my definition of a loser:
Someone who doesn't know who they are. If stealing from a friend is unacceptable, then so is stealing from someone you don't know. Know who you are, and what you stand for. If you don't know, then you have morals that fluctuate with the wind. And if your morals fluctuate with the wind, then you will never know who you are.
I don't steal but stealing from a big box store is not even remotely the same as stealing from a neighbor or even a random person. Stealing from individuals can almost never be justified.
Taking something that doesn't belong to you is wrong, and it doesn't matter if it's big box or your neighbor. Somehow I think you'd feel differently if it was you that owned a big box store.
