I think they could have gotten into orbit around the moon, landing is another thing. Radio directional shit would point at them being there but I don't think could tell if they were actually on the surface. Why wouldn't Russia have called them out if the radio signals didn't at least originate from the moon?
Russia was in on it, at the highest levels. There never was a Cold War, that was an agreement between the Soviets and the US as an excuse to keep the people pumped against The Enemy, and siphon off countless billions.
I've watched a ton of old video on this crap and I'd never heard that clip of the phone call with Khrushchev. That alone changes the mainstream story they tell everyone. Fascinating shit.
