How would you make an AI that could target a particular person and make them dead via the internet. Not skynet, just a killer Tay who would identify her target and make them dead using only information tech. Tay would have to convince the person to kill themselves or convince someone else to kill them. No simple hijacking of steering wheels. That’s so 2006.
