I’m new to my faith, so this is probably obvious to some of you, but why are people so passionate about asserting that they don’t believe in Christ? I don’t hear people respond to a Buddhist, “I don’t believe in that.” Or anyone else, really. But let someone know that you believe in Christ and so many people’s knee jerk reaction is to suddenly blurt out tha they they don’t believe. I didn’t ask them. I don’t evangelize in an obvious way. I have discussions, in part, to parse out and understand what I think, or what I’ve experienced, because it’s an interesting relationship that I have with God. And it’s even with people that care about me. They’re suddenly focused on their own disbelief rather than maybe being curious. They make my faith about themselves in a way that doesn’t fit with the rest of their personality. It’s only on this subject. Nevermind. I think I figured it out. They are trained to say that. I must be onto something. Flack over the target, I guess. Fucking balls. We humans are easy prey. Go on about your day, or maybe tell me about how you don’t believe in Christ. I’m super curious about all the shit you DON’T believe. Because that certainly makes for interesting and productive conversation.

Because it so preposterous and absurd for an adult with some level of critical thought to believe in.

It's strange to me how you can type all this while this morning people on this site were making fun of some plastic slut on a talk show who had a blow up alien doll to serve as a symbolic stand in for her invisible and intangible boyfriend. To me Christians are that woman. That alien only exists in her mind, if she convinced another person that her alien bf was real than it would exists in both their minds, extrapolate that boom religion. She has faith he exists despite no evidence of that fact and the absurdity of it. The eyeroll you would give that woman or to say a scientologist if he tried to explain his beliefs to you, is the same eyeroll those people are giving you.

I think at alot of people have little to no faith in their faith but are so entrenched in the BS they have to keep it going, it's the same human mind trick that makes liberals ignore all evidence and proclaim "diversity is our strength" while living as far from the niggers in their town as they can. Is it not why you have to call it "faith?" if there was observable evidence or testable evidence of it then it wouldn't require faith, you could prove it. Religion itself is illogical, but so is love and honor so logic is not the end all be all.

Look at your first sentence and read it read it with a robot voice and you’ll know exactly my opinion of you. And why an ellipsis? People who use ellipses to artificially manufacture hanging tension at the end of a sentence are infected with supertransfaggotry.
