There is no tax program designed to provide each minor child with a protective detail. The tax payers do not pay for what does not exist. Honestly, tax payers try, and fail, to pay down the interest on the principle of the debt the government has incurred... Since changing it's immigration policy back in 1965. We're paying for 65 years of social welfare, medicaid, medicare, hud, wic, and all other manner of entitlement hand out given to the tens of millions of illegal migrants who have been granted the 'citizen' label by traitors in government. THAT's what taxpayers get to pay for.

We fund both, one through taxes the other through Medicare/Medicaid and social security.
