Aren't Quakers technically Protestant?

[–] 0 pt

Kinda, but not really?

We don't read no Bible, and don't have any preacher/priest/reveverand.

Quaker Meeting is sitting down for three hours and reflecting on God. If you want to stand up and say something, really anything, you are allowed to.

It was the original Free Speach Forum.

Wait, are you really a Quaker? I've never met one before as far as I'm aware. There was a "Friends" school in my town growing up but I don't know anyone who went there.

I think they fall under anabaptist. Or maybe I am thinking of Amish...

I know Amish and Mennonites are Anabaptist, maybe Quakers are too

Anything that isn't Catholic or Orthodox is probably protestant. Or some real batshit like mormons. They've strayed so far I'm not sure they count as Christian anymore.

Mormons arent Christians and neither are Catholics
