I wanted to ask which company, may be best for publication of a manuscript to accompany a documentary that is almost at completion. It will be free in PDF form, but wanted a physical copy for myself and family members. The book is 300+ pages regarding the history of the ADL and it's masonic origins. I know of Antilope Hill but won't go through them because they sell Duganist material. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
