Isn't he former stand-up comedian?
Benjamin doesn't stand up anymore -- he does it sitting down.
Good one. Kudos.

"Motivation is bullshit, if you ask me this country could use a little less motivation. The people who are motivated are the ones who are causing all the trouble! Stock swindlers, serial killers, child molesters, Christian conservatives? These people are highly motivated, highly motivated. I think motivation is overrated, you show me some lazy prick who's lying around all day watching game shows and stroking his penis and I'll show you someone who's not causing any fucking trouble ok?"
Really based this George guy huh. Keep watching TV and jerking off goy!
Jim Breuer is the closest you'll get, seeing as how PC everything is these days.
Andrew Schulz is pretty good; saw him live a few years ago. But he's no George Carlin.
Honestly, I in retrospect, I think Carlin got a lot of stuff wrong. His whole "It's the America Dream because you have to be asleep to believe it" is bullshit. He literally made it as a stand up comedians; making millions from nothing, and says that shit. He lived the American dream and shit on it.
I think if he was still alive today, he'd be on the woke bullshit train. He's no Bill Hicks; not by a long shot.
Honestly, I think it's stupid to get you philosophy from comedians. We look up to these retards who make jokes for a living, and often aren't very education about what's really going on. Comedians should be for jokes. You shouldn't go to comedians for life lessons on anything except abusing weed and cocaine.
There are no new standup comics who are saying anything controversial. If they try it, they get banned from venues and their agents quit on them. It's not so much a matter of courage, it's a matter of career survival. In order to survive as a standup comedian these days, you have to avoid like the plague certain topics, such as black crime, trannies, and screaming lesbians. You can mock Trump all day long, but you can't mock Obama. It's not that fans won't pay to see edgy material, it's that comics are terrified of doing edgy material for fear they will be blackballed by the industry.
Doug Stanhope is good. Not the same as Carlin but good.
This makes sense. He was born in 1967.
