Antifa is actually relatively organized. For example a simple operation they've been known to pull is to assault someone to start a brawl. Once the brawl is started a second member reports the brawl. Both are arrested, but heres the key bit. It doesn't matter who started it because the point isn't to put anyone away.
The point is to have them arrested so a leftfash law firm can trawl the public records to identify their opposition.
In the same way, many of them coordinate over discord and conferences across the tech sector. So if you have any identifiable information on one tech giants platform it can be cross referenced from the others.
They vet their higher-up internal members for anyone above street-level.
I know they do this from both corroborating leaks and because it would be how I would do it.
