I wonder whether it's only me who noticed this. As time passes, I hear the ambulance sirens more and more often. Lately there have been days I have heard them five or even more times. Even a year before, it used to be once a week or even less, and now it has become something I hear all the time.

I've noticed the same thing. 2 years ago and earlier I would here them rarely, maybe once a week or less. Now almost everyday and multiple times a day.
