What are the best waterproof work shoes?
Redwing
Tired of boots
Oh. Damn.
EDIT: I just asked a buddy of mine and he swears by YMMV.
I've been wearing redwings for 10 years. I think the quality and selection has gone down, and I only buy the ones made in America. I'm actually looking for a better brand myself.
Maybe I had a bad experience, but I found Timberland, Hawx, and Thoroghgood boots to be WAY WAY better than anything made by Redwing. The Redwing boots tore my feet to shreds, were VERY expensive, and the staff at the store were annoyed at me for expressing anything other than happiness with their product.

Wow. I wore them almost exclusively for years.
In my experience with redwing I feel the staff exactly what I want and what I'll be using the boots for and then tell them I'm only interested in what was made in America. Good quality of I can find what I want, but more and more of their shit is made in China.
For my money, the Timberland Barstow wedge beats the Redwing in pretty much every way. BUT...I feel horrible using them for work, so I got my Hawx instead and swapped out the stock insole.
