Jews received a mix of deferential and negative treatment up until this time but only after waterloo and the ascension of the Rothschild banking cartel did the previous balance shift in favor of deference and shortly deference became mandatory, even law.

Since at least 1750ish. That's when the Rothschild patriarch (I forget the kikes name) started funding European wars. He then sent his 5 sons to different European countries to do the same. It didn't take long before the were funding both sides of every European conflict.

That's only one jew family though, there are many other prominent jew families that would have to be looked into, Duponts, Warburgs, etc.
