Fellow White People How do we make our own internet?

The internet has become just another corporatised space. I cant see any reason to log on anymore. Is there any chance of a separate peer-driven network where government and companies can be kept off? (or at least just some way to start again and see how it goes...)

Many tests and not all the fissile material converted. Hense the testing. The Marshall Islands are more closely related to a dirty bomb than the effects of a thermonuclear explosion.
