I would be ok with cheap labor that doesn't reproduce. No voting rights or eligibility to own land or a business. Just strawberry pickers and such. Keep them away from the cities and restrict them to certain regions. Open borders? No. But future "progressives" may lobby for them to be able to earn citizenship.
