I heard Jim Willie say that the secret tunnels are ancient. That makes more sense to me (well as much as any of this stuff does). I can see building tunnels across continents but the ones that supposedly go under the ocean seem too far fetched. .... unless they're left over from a precursor civilization. Then I can see it.
