id make sure the ink has dried on the contract, you know 1000% you have no legal liability on the property or business, and all of the agreed funds have been not just been cleared into your account, but you then transferred it into an entirely different account with an entirely different bank with no relation to the first and shut down the account they paid you into so they cant pull any dispute scams.
its almost not even worth it just on the amount of legal fees you would have to pay for your own lawyer just to keep on top of their dodgy shit.
