I do it. I hate that I do it. I hate how it makes other people's days worse because I leaked some nastiness from my own head.

Get control over your emotions. Inconsistency like that is all it takes for a darkness to grow inside of you. Change the way you speak. Instead of "oh ..great ...now I HAVE to do this" say "OH GREAT! Now I GET to do this!" Up until this point, every frustrating moment you have had has been an opportunity to grow and become more self controlled. Up until this point you have failed. What are you going to do from this point on? Best of luck stranger.

The problem isn't lack of control, it's whatever is resulting in the stress. The anger is just a symptom.

Anger is just fear with nowhere to go, and only makes things worse when it isn't used properly. It's okay to have anger. We were given emotions to feel them, but to waste something so precious and powerful like anger is a display of a lack of doing your shadow work, and becoming self conscious. Learn to control it, use it properly.

I understand now, channeling emotion rather than succumbing to it. Agreed. Coomers for example waste it on pleasure rather than furthering their race.
